Dominant Factors Influencing the Performance of Principals of Vocational High Schools

This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy, job satisfaction, and perceptions position on performance principals public vocational high schools in DKI Jakarta Province. The research was conducted using a survey method. data were analyzed path analysis. population this 61 school six cities/districts. questionnaire tested 21 principals. Therefore, proportional random sampling, sample for 40 who selected proportionally randomly. results are as follows: (1) there is positive direct self-efficacy principals, (2) satisfaction (3) ) (4) (5) perception position.
